You may enter text prompts or descriptions (e.g., for logo generation or style selection). This text is used only to process your creative requests.
1.3 Purchase Information
If you subscribe to SnapixAI Pro, your transaction is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment details (such as credit card numbers). We only receive confirmation of your subscription status from Apple.

3.1 AI Processing (Replicate)
To provide AI-powered features, we use Replicate, a third-party AI service. When you submit a photo or text prompt for AI processing, the data is transmitted to Replicate's servers for inference. 3.2 Apple Services
The App uses Apple's StoreKit framework for subscription management. All payment processing is handled by Apple under Apple's own privacy policy and terms.

Photos and text prompts submitted for AI processing are used transiently to generate results and are not permanently stored by us. Locally stored data (works, favorites, preferences) remains on your device until you delete the App or clear its data. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information transmitted from the App, including using HTTPS encryption for all network communications. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
